I bought a used 2019 Golf R last year, and when the time came for the first service, I took it to Vic. He took a look and told me what needed to be done now, what could wait, and what to expect for the next services. We got the maintenance all caught up and my car was riding like a dream. Unfortunately, recently, the engine started acting funny, so I brought the car back in to Vic. Turned out to be bad news, but before starting on thousands of dollars of work, Vic called his buddy at Volkswagen to look up my car and check for a warranty. He knew that 2018/2019 models had a 6 year warranty. Luckily for me, this was true. Vic took my car over to VW for me, and has worked with them throughout the process. I am not paying for anything, and Vic isn't making any money on this. It's hard to put into words, how thankful I am for this. We are talking $30k+ to get my car back into shape... which is what I paid for the car last year! Anyways, Vic has a customer for life right here. I will always take my Euro cars to Vic from now on.

I own a 2014 Audi Allroad B8.5 with somewhat high mileage. My wagon was in need of the timing chain job since it was very much out of spec and was more than 60K over the required timing chain replacement interval set by Audi. Vic and his team had taken in my Allroad, along with the timing job, they changed out several plastic components/assemblies which showed serious wear and tear. Their attention to detail and work done has greatly extended the life of my wagon for another 100K miles along with providing a list of items that he has recommended to be changed in the near future. I greatly appreciate all the work this shop has done to my car.

My car was in terrible terrible shape. Vic brought the car back to life ( he should attach the photos to this) I hadn’t taken care of my car and Vic put in the time to reverse so much rust and erosion. With no judgment he took the time to explain to me all that was wrong and what needed to be fixed. The price was shocking ( again I did not take care of the car) but fair, and honest. I trust my car with Vic and can’t see myself with another mechanic. I’m excited to see the full potential my GTI Mk7 has and in Vic hands I’m sure he’ll surpassed that!
